If you have a problem with an order - please email us at owner@portraitpizzaz.com and include your name and phone number along with the order number we will either contact you by email or phone ASAP! Our normal hours of operation are 9-6 pm est. - Thanks. We pride ourselves on customer service and will do whatever it takes to make you happy!

-Because of the custom nature of our product we do not accept returns on products -

-We inspect each order that is printed and shipped before it leaves our store to ensure there are no defects and that the product matches accurately.

We want you to be pleased with your purchase so if an item that you receive is defective, or you have any concerns - please send us a message with the details along with a photo.

-If there is a defect in the item, that was NOT caused by the mis-use of the item, we will issue you an exchange for the same item you ordered.

We want you to be happy with our product and customer service is our NUMBER 1 Priority so please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!!
